Lucy Blake
Lucy joined the firm in 2022 as a trainee and qualified as a solicitor in 2025. Lucy has gained a wealth of experience in all areas of general practice to include the following:
Residential and commercial conveyancing;
Purchase, sale, lease and re-mortgage of property;
Enduring Powers of Attorney
Probate, wills and the administration of estates;
Agricultural leases
Lucy divides her time between private client work in the HD Keane office, and assisting the State Solicitor Frank Hutchinson working in the area of Criminal Prosecution in County Waterford.
